"I don't get it," came Joey's frustrated whine. "I mean, why can't a word be pronounced the same way it looks? There should be a law against words bein' so tricky!"
"I can't help you, there," Ross muttered. "That's just how it works; sorry. But that's what you get for asking me what it meant."
