Summary: Ross took in the wistful smile on her face.
"You know," Phoebe mused, "living on the streets wasn't all bad. I mean, sure, it sucked; but I still have some good memories."
Ross took in the wistful smile on her face. "I'm glad to hear it. What happened out there that you remember fondly?"
Her grin widened. "One of my friends stole a book on Greek mythology once, and we all gathered around and read it together. The Bacchanalia especially made a strong impression on us all."
"I'm afraid to ask," Ross muttered.
"Then I'll save you some time. We used to go to Central Park and pretend that we were in some Arcadian grove, and reenact the rites. Oh, it was a wild time!" Then, the expression on Phoebe's face soured. "It was great, until some iconoclastic, prudish joggers called the police and had them break the whole thing up. Something about 'public indecency', or some such bull." She pouted. "Why does everything good have to go and get spoiled?"
