The Swamp of Evil well lives up to its name, even without the perpetual thunderstorm and the beasts that plague it.

You've never seen such brackish water. It emits such noisome vapors that you're forced now and then to hold your breath as you pick your way through these fetid wastes.

It's an unsavory task to undertake. But you've gone too far, are in too deep, to entertain thoughts of turning back. With all of Hyrule, and the Dark World, relying on your efforts, all you can do is press on.

So you hold your breath once more, sloshing onward.

Being a hero must be a great burden sometimes, I can't even imagine what it would feel like to have all that responsibility.
