Title: Ovidian
Fandom: Fate Stay Night (Fate Roue)
Author:
luminious
Rating: T
Word Count: 732
Characters/Pairings: Rider (Medusa), Athena, Poseidon, Eurayle, Stheno, Matou Shinji, Matou Sakura, Emiya Shirou, and Saber (Artoria Pendragon).
Warnings: Deals with the aftermath of rape, victim-blaming, and a stopped attempted sexual assault, for anyone not comfortable with that.
Summary:
The Greek Gods and Goddesses are gods only in name, full of power but void of true mortals, and it isn’t to the surprise of Medusa if the same is true for Saber and whatever land she is from.
One woman of the sword condemned her to a punishment meant for her rapist.
She does not wish to see what another woman of the sword has to offer as a means of justice.
(Or, a mixture of Medusa's origin in the Fateverse and some of her other origins in Greek mythology, and how it would affect her in the Fate route.)
Disclaimer: I do not own Fate Stay Night, nor am I or will I ever profit from this work.
( ATHENA IS A CHAMPION OF WOMEN IN NAME ONLY—THIS BECOMES CLEAR TO MEDUSA AS SOON AS THE GODDESS OF WISDOM IS INFORMED OF WHAT HER UNCLE POSEIDON DID... )
